Day 2 - 4/3/04
College Station to Waco
105 miles (counting wrong turns)

Today was kind of a tough day.  All the stuff I wanted to see today was in Waco, my final destination, so I didn't take any long stops to break up the day.  The headband worked wonders, no more bloodshot eyes.  It started raining, so I pulled into a service station to put all the rain gear on.  Went to all that trouble, and then of course it stopped raining about 10 minutes later.  Made a couple of wrong turns in Waco and added about a dozen miles to the route, which made for a very long day.  Didn't get to any of the places in Waco I wanted to check out, so I think I'll do that tomorrow and make the riding kind of short tomorrow. 

Sorry, didn't take many pictures today since I had been planning to take a bunch in Waco (before I got lost).
