getting to topography late in the day

4/08/04
Throckmorton to Dickens
118 miles

The weather was nice, with a modest tail wind, most of the terrain was flat, and there wasn't a whole lot to see, so I decided to crank out some miles.  That is the most miles I have ever ridden in one day on a bike, much less carrying four bags of luggage.  I have made it over 10%  of the way to Alaska, and I'm still hanging in there.  Not much else to report, and I'm kind of tired, so that's all I've got for today.
